I bring more than 25 years of experience in company leadership. Today I combine that practice with technology, marketing and a willingness to name the elephant in the room. I live with my wife Anna in the mountains of the Portuguese Algarve and work in German and English with clients across Europe.

In between are B for Berlin, D for Düsseldorf and V for Vienna. E for Europe belongs as well, but most of my working trips take me to Germany. I travel wherever a talk is due, a team needs to move forward or a difficult decision must be made. Sometimes the direction is reversed.
