MAKING THINGS HAPPEN.

A day that changes how your team works. Concrete methods. Immediately applicable. Sustainable results.

Workshop content

Six levers in one day

Not frameworks you take home and forget in a drawer. Instead, six tools your team applies starting Monday: important before urgent, eat the frog, learning to say no, async over sync, clear ownership, and a real definition of done.

Important before urgent

Eisenhower logic not as theory, but as a daily decision tool. We identify what truly creates impact in your team.

Eat the frog

The task you have been postponing the longest makes you unfree. We build a practice that tackles it first — not last.

Async before sync

Meetings are often a symptom, not a solution. We clarify which decisions become better asynchronously — and how.

Definition of done

When is something truly finished? Without a shared answer, half of everything stays half-done. We define it.

FORMAT

Duration

A full working day (8 hours) — on site with you or in the Algarve.

Group size

6–16 people. More turns into theatre, less lacks group energy.

Outcome

A jointly agreed working manifesto, a definition of done per project, a stop-doing list per person.

Follow-up

Two weeks after the workshop, a 60-minute check-in call in which we clear real implementation obstacles.
